Mobile Review has published a very detailed review of the upcoming HTC Vox. Althouth they only had a pre-production unit to work with, they were able to put it through a thorough test. The Vox sports quad-band GSM, EDGE, Bluetooth, WiFi and a 2 megapixel camera.

Mobile Reviews conclusions are a mixed bag. The device looks great and has a nice form factor, but there were some problems. The ear piece was very average as was the outside speaker. Also, this phone has no 3G support. That seems like a deal breaker. Check out their full review for the particulars.
